Mother of Scott (Beth) Fuller III of Newfane, NY. Step Mother of Robert (Sue) Root of Colorado, David (Linda) Root of Florida, Linda Root and Barbara Root both of Lockport, NY. Grandmother of Jeffrey M. Fuller of Charlotte, NC and Nicholas K. Fuller of Williamsville, NY. Sister of Frank (Antoinette) Sacheli of Brockport, NY and Anthony (Marilyn) Sacheli of Geneva, NY. She is also survived several nieces, nephews and several step grandchildren and step nieces, nephews.

There will be no prior visitation. A Memorial Service will be held THURSDAY 12:00 Noon at the Rutland Corwin Funeral Home Inc. 2670 Main St Newfane, NY. Following the Memorial service the family would like to invite everyone to join them in Anne’s Celebration of Life at the Lockport Cooperative extension, Lake Ave, Lockport, NY from 1 to 6pm. Burial will be in Corwin Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Memorials can be made to Newfane Optimist Club or Niagara Hospice. Born July 21, 1921 Rochester NY daughter of the late Luciano Sacheli and Concettina Cirasola. Graduate of SUNY Fredonia she worked as a Kindergarten Teacher for Newfane School System. She retired in 1981 but continued to help with the Pre School Program. She and her husband Robert L. Root founded the Newfane Optimist Club. She was a Past Member of Newfane United Methodist Church. Member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Teachers Society and Eastern Star. She was an avid bowler and golfer. She enjoyed golfing on the Willow Brook Women’s Golf league.
